From Sacramento Airport
If coming from Sacramento Airport, we highly recommend taking I-5 south to US-50 east and onto CA-16 east. At approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, this route is far more scenic and less windy than taking US-50 to Pleasant Valley Rd to access the region and venue. There are DOZENS of beautiful wineries along the way, just after you pass the town of Plymouth.
From Tahoe City
For our guests coming from Truckee and Tahoe City, you will want to drive on CA-89 south towards South Lake Tahoe and head west on US-50 west. Once you hit Camino, you will drive south on Snows Rd > Newtown Rd > Pleasant Valley Rd > Mt Aukum Rd > Fairplay Rd. From Tahoe City, this drive will take 2 hours and 20 minutes.
The last 30 minutes of this drive is tight, windy, and less scenic so hang in there!
